Remain on Webster Street, then take the first exit out of the tube (Mariner Square Loop).

Stay on Mariner Square Loop to Mariner Square Drive.

Turn left onto Mariner Square Drive.

Cardinal Point will be the three-story building on your left at the end of Mariner Square Drive, across from the Pasta Pelican Restaurant.
